This operation untilizes Oracle EPM's migration capability to enable files to be moved across environments.   This operation uploads the snapshot artifact with the name starting with the value in the project property Oracle EPM Snapshot Base Name and ending with the workflow execution id to EPM.  That snapshot is then imported in into the EPM which will update the files included in the snapshot.

This operation would be used for the deploy operation for projects using snapshots to deploy EPM files.
