This operation will be used in conjunction with check out from SCM. Export folder would indicate local folder in check out copy of SCM repository where you are storing WebCatalog files.

If this option is checked when build is executed, then then Last Modified time is exported as well, and deployment will carry over Last Modified time on the object being deployedto target server, otherwise deployment will update Last Modified time will be deployment time.
