Updating your Password

If you wish to change or reset your password, click the UPDATE button next to the password field.

You will be presented with an input to confirm your current password and enter/confirm your new password.

If you cannot remember your current password an Administrator can reset your password for you.

Updating your User Avatar

FlexDeploy user avatars are sourced from Gravatar. If you wish to change or create your Gravatar, click the Edit Avatar button on your account banner.

This will open a new browser tab where you can create or edit your Gravatar. In the absence of a Gravatar image an image with your First and Last Name initials will be shown.

User Groups

Also displayed are the User Groups to which you belong. Both groups applied locally and inherited from an External Realm, such as Microsoft AD, will be shown here.

Notification Settings

There are also options for which email notifications you would like to receiveshould be received. Check any all events under User Attributes for which this user should receive notifications when he or she is they are the submitter of a build, deployment, utility or test request. The user will then receive an email notification when the corresponding event occurs. See Project Execution Notifications for more details on events.

You can also associate your Slack User Id to identify your FlexDeploy user by your Slack user for performing actions while executing webhook functions.
Only administrators can modify the other settings, so they will be displayed as greyed-out. Contact your FlexDeploy administrator if you want to request changes to them.
